We, at MC1, collect and maintain personal data that are strictly necessary and directly related to one or more of our functions or activities as a provider of products/services.
These data may include: your name and your contact details, including address, email address, and telephone/mobile numbers;
You have the right to refuse to provide us with personal data. However, if you decide to do so, we may be unable to provide information/clarifications for the hiring or provision of our services and products.
We also inform that MC1's website uses cookies. Cookies are small digital text files stored on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.) by the internet browser and store information related to your preferences, such as preferred language, recurrence of your sessions, and other variables that developers consider relevant to make your experience much more efficient.

With whom do we share your personal data?

How long will we retain your personal data?
We will store and maintain your information: (i) for the time required by law; (ii) until the end of personal data processing, (iii) for the time necessary to preserve MC1's legitimate interest, (iv) for the time necessary to safeguard the regular exercise of MC1's rights.
Regarding item "ii", it should be understood by "termination of data processing", the following situations:
When the purpose for which the data subject's personal data was collected is achieved and/or the personal data collected are no longer necessary or relevant to the achievement of such purpose;
When the Data Subject is entitled to request the termination and deletion of their personal data and does so; and
When there is a legal determination to this effect.

MC1 may transfer your personal data to commercial partners and service providers located abroad, including cloud hosting service providers.
If your personal data is transferred abroad, MC1 will take appropriate measures to ensure adequate protection of your personal data in compliance with the requirements of applicable data protection legislation, including through the conclusion of appropriate data transfer contracts with third parties of your personal data, when necessary.

You can contact us directly to exercise any of your rights guaranteed by law, such as access, confirmation of the existence of a personal data processing activity, correction, rectification, portability, or enforcement of any personal data you have provided to us.
To do so, simply send a message to our Data Protection Officer, whose contact details are provided at the end of this document. If it is not possible to meet your request due to legal determination or business secret, our Data Protection Officer will contact you directly to clarify the situation.
Please note that if you request the deletion of your personal data, we may keep a copy stored in our files, in cases required by law.
